During a conversation my phoneline went dead. I hung up and now have only a constant beeping, cannot dial out.
Sorry you experienced that interruption, we had a very brief issue affecting some customers' phone service which has now been resolved. Your phone should be working again at this time, however should you still be unable to use your phone please try a quick reset, as shown here:
