I am wondering if there is something I can do to get my internet\tv connection up and running. As of yesterday afternoon the internet connection and shaw TV connection in my house have been down, we have gone through all of the typical troubleshooting steps (resetting modem etc.).
We were told that a tech would be out to our place in two or three days. This is incredibly unacceptable as we are paying $150/month for Internet that is supposed to be the fastest offered. At the very least I expect to be discounted the day(s) we are without internet on our bill.
My question is, as someone with a tech background, is there something I can do to get my internet going as customer service doesn't seem to be high on the Shaw priority list.
