Gateway issues...

HI all, I was one of the individuals affected by Tuesdays gateway issues...took several hours to get back up, but was up none the less...this morning I turn tv on and nothing, not even error message...I unplugged gateway for 30 seconds. To see if that would do the trick...nada...anyone else having problems or should I call Shaw directly? Thx
