Can you please try resetting ti again, but in addition to the power also undo and reconnect the coaxial cable? If that doesn't help we'll likely have to check and reset it from here.

still not working. tried cycling the power again, no go. screen shows guide is working and channel selection but no broadcast.
I'm having the same issue. I've cycled the power a few times and unhooked the cable wire also.
I also having the same issue....since 10 am this morning. I am not very pleased.
