I have purchased a new mobile and I am not able to call from Shaw Landline. The mobile rings then disconnects.

Thank you for reaching out! That is certainly odd. Does your Shaw Landline work with dialing to other mobile phone numbers? Also, are you able to make a test call your new mobile phone with a different landline or mobile phone to see if it rings through?

Thanks for your reply Tony. The calls from my landline to the mobile kept disconnecting for about three days. When I called Shaw Phone Support the rep. called from two separate phones and the Shaw to my mobile disconnected. Shaw telephone support created a ticket but never heard back. The connection between my landline and the mobile works now.
