Got an e-mail from Netflix (re. reset password). I didn't sign up for net flix. Is this a scam.

Like those "Kung Fu" movies, people on this forum are classified either as "grasshopper" or "master".

You need to be suspicious of unsolicited E-mail that is "spoofing" some company. Always go to the "official" web-site, to see if you can corroborate the message.
You may want to Google-search your own E-mail ID, to find all occurrences of it on web-pages, and see if you can remove it. But, of course, the horse has already left the barn, through the door that you left open.
You may want to change your E-mail ID, if the number of such messages gets too annoyingly high.
You should watch for spelling-errors, and/or bad grammar & punctuation, in such "spam" messages.
reading your posts you are worthy of the title “ Master”.
BTW, I agree. The post from Netflix is likely a hoax. To be safe, delete the email then change your Netflix password directly.
