I get email sent to Windows email app and synced to my iPhone mail. I can read the email on my iPhone, but Windows mail only shows From and Subject, the body of the email is not there... blank, it only seems to happen with one sender... most of their email there's no problem, just the odd one this happens to
And yet the email is viewable in Shaw's webmail

Within Shaw WebMail, can you click on "View Source", to see what is special about E-mail from that sender? Different computer (Linux? Apple? Android? Windows?) ? What E-mail program did the sender use to compose and send the message? Does that "source" show both "plain-text" and "rich-text" components?
I don't know... there's so much in View Source I can't tell.. it is from HP FREE INK program... guess I'll just leave it as I deleted the file where there was a blank page. It is/was a no-reply email
