Unfortunately the screenshot you attached isn't opening at full size, so I'm not able to read the error you're receiving. That said, the surveys for chat were recently decommissioned, so if you're running into that error after a chat session with one of our agents, it could mean that something needs to be updated on our end. Are you able to provide us with a higher quality image of the error you received? And can you confirm if this survey was after an online chat session with support?
