Thanks for reaching out! That is certainly an odd error to receive. It may be an issue with some un-deleted recordings on the PVR hard drive. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend unplugging the main larger Gateway unit for 30 seconds so it reboots the system. This should clear up the error that you are experiencing.
