I haven't seen any other reports of this issue. Are you only noticing this on your iPad or does it also happen on the web version of FreeRange TV? Are your iPad and the FreeRange TV app software the most updated versions?

Web version is totally fine, as is my iPhone.
alozierHmm, that is very odd as it is working as expected on your iPhone but not the iPad. I will recommend reaching out to our technical support team members to see if they are able to refresh your account or submit a ticket to our engineers to review if there are any backend issues with your account.

On your iPhone 6S, hold-down the on/off button, and press the "home" button, to take a snapshot of your screen.
Then, open the "Photos" app on your iPhone to view the image.
As you are posting your "reply" in this thread, you will see:
Move the cursor to where in the input-area that you want to insert an image, and press that "camera" icon.
Then, select the image from your "Photos", and click "Done" to insert the image.
Finish composing your message, and click "Reply".
@Klaktin Do you receive that error on all channels/programs? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve this issue?
