Thank you for reaching out! I am very sorry to hear of the poor experience you've had with BlueSky TV. With the change from Gateway to BlueSky TV, the channel numbers do change. As for the blurriness in Netflix, it may be a signal related issue. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I'd recommend trying some of the steps here if you haven't tried anything yet.
